How do I know the size of a design? |

Clicking “View Design Info” below each design thumbnail opens the design information such as size and number of color used. |

You do not have many choices of designs. How often do you add new designs? |

We try to add new designs every forthrightly. If you send us your e-mail from Contact Us page and ticked the option to be informed about the new designs. We will let you know every time we add new designs by e-mail. |

My local shops do not carry Victory thread. Where can I buy them? |

Each designs come with a thread information PDF file. In the Thread Information you will find the thread number and color icon. You can order the thread from Thread Studio, http://www.thethreadstudio.com. Alternatively you can use your choice of thread by matching the color of color icon in Thread Information. |

I am not a Paypal member, Can I pay by my credit card? |

We accept the payment only by Paypal as it is a secure payment method. If you are currently not a Paypal member, you will directed to Paypal website and prompt you to sign up with Paypal. Through their facility, you CAN pay by your credit card. |
